Day 1 – June 6, 2022
It seems like we have been talking about this summer’s adventure for a very long time. There are so many wonderful places to visit, but, we were undecided. Finally, we decided that we would travel to Wyoming for the Tiffin Motorhome 50th Anniversary Rally. (our RV is a Tiffin) Unfortunately, on the date to register for the rally(Feb 8), all the spaces were sold out in under 3 minutes. I was signed in and on the computer at the designated time, but, we did not get a space. However, we were placed on the waiting list. Now, where are we going? Guess what….May 2 was our lucky day…we got the call that we had been hoping for….we got a space at the Rally. That was a Happy Day!
On June 6, with the RV packed and Jeep in tow, we set off on our journey at 10:20 AM. We made the drive “up the hill” to Flagstaff and arrived at 2:15PM. We checked into Black Barts RV Park and completed our RV setup.
