Today we continued our drive towards Montana.  We left the Beaver KOA at 7AM.  It was 358 miles from Beaver to Pocatello, ID.  This was the longest driving day so far.  We don’t like to drive that far in one day, but, it was necessary to stay on schedule.  A schedule is the down-side to having advance reservations, but, reservations are necessary since more folks are enjoying the RV lifestyle.

We drove I-15 through Utah to Idaho.  We have made this trip many times and the sights along the freeway are very familiar.

At one of our rest stops, we spotted this unusual vehicle.  I think if we stay close to this truck, we should have great Cell Service!!

We arrived in Pocatello, ID at the Cowboy RV Park at 2PM.  After parking the RV, we decided to go to Costco and Walmart and pick up a few things for our week long stay in Yellowstone.  We also found a do-it-yourself car wash to  clean the road grime off of the Jeep.

Back at the RV, we discovered that our Microwave is malfunctioning.  We wondered how we would survive this trip without a Microwave and then we realized that we really don’t use it much for anything but Popcorn!  We will survive!  Ken is hoping that he can figure out how to get it working again.

Tomorrow – West Yellowstone MT!
