After our short stay in Virginia, we drove to Milton West Virginia. It was a long day of driving and during the last hour on I-64 we creeped along covering only 25 miles. We assumed there had been an accident, but we discovered the delay was due to road construction.
The next day we drove to Nashville, IN and checked into the Westward HO campground on highway 46. We were in familiar territory, since it is located 18 miles from Columbus, IN(Becky’s hometown). Nashville is somewhat of an artists colony with many unique shops and antique galleries, in Brown County Indiana. Ken and I visited this quaint town many times on our drives to and from Indiana State University. On this trip, we took a quick drive through town and were surprised to find that there is now a charge for parking! Since the shops were about ready to close, we didn’t fork out the parking fee.
Our visits to Indiana in the late summer are not complete until we make a stop at Bush’s Farmers Market. We purchased sweet corn, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green beans. Yummy!

August 17 was our date to check-in for the Tiffin Motorhome Allegro Club Rally. The rally location was Ceraland Park in Columbus, IN… Another familiar place for us! Ceraland was a favorite park and swimming hole when we were in high school. Lots of good memories!
The Tiffin rally was four fun-filled days with several catered meals, live entertainment, seminars, and vendors. Becky even enjoyed some line dancing! Ken had a winning raffle ticket and became the proud owner of a Tiffin Watch. Best of all‐the fabulous Tiffin Service Technicians were on hand to perform minor service and repairs on all Tiffin coaches! The Tiffin Techs were kept busy with the nearly 200 coaches in attendance. On our last night, we had a get together with the 5 couples from AZ! On friday morning, the coaches started moving out early…many are heading to Red Bay, AL, home of Tiffin. We are glad that we are heading west because we think Red Bay will be full!

The White River Campground in Cicero was our final destination in Indiana. Becky’s brother and family live in the nearby town of Noblesville. We had a great visit with the McMichael clan; Larry, JoAnn, Matt, Sandy, Zachary, and Nicole. We were happy to attend two of Zachary’s soccer games and cheer for his team! We were especially happy when he scored all 3 goals in the second game.
